Good stay at The Parklane Hotel, Hong Kong. Staff service were good and I was upgraded to a premium deluxr room as I was an ALL Gold member. The location is very convenient and walking distance from Causeway Bay MTR Station with plenty of shops and shopping centres nearby. The bed and pillows are comfrtable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pullman Hotel in Hong Kong. The location is perfect, offering stunning park and sea views that truly enhance the overall experience. Spent 2 nights here with my husband for our business trip. We upgraded our room from deluxe twin to premium room which is bigger and have more modern design and better view to the harbour and victoria park. The room is nice and clean. The locations is superb, walking distance to shops and restaurants in causeway bay area. They did not provide bottled water in the room but instead they provide a dispenser.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the heart of Causeway Bay. There is a shopping mall downstairs and various restaurants around. The hotel and the top-floor French restaurant are both very good, but Accor's Elite Selection Card is not that great.
